This website is hosted by an external service provider: Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Netlify”). When you visit the website, Netlify automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are in particular: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of the server request and IP address. This data serves to provide, stabilise and secure the website and is deleted by Netlify after a short period of time.
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of its website. As Netlify is based in the USA, personal data may be transferred to the USA. This transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission and the adequacy decision regarding the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Processing on our behalf is carried out on the basis of Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement. Further information can be found in Netlify’s privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
Contact form: If you send us enquiries via the form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give via the checkbox in the form and can revoke at any time with effect for the future.
We use the form service of our hosting provider Netlify (“Netlify Forms”, for provider details see section 3) to receive booking requests. The data you enter in the form is received, stored and forwarded to us by Netlify on our behalf. This may involve a transfer to the USA (for the legal bases and safeguards, see section 3).
We store your request only for as long as is necessary for processing it and for a possible booking; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted as soon as their further storage is no longer required.
This website does not use cookies, does not use any tracking or analytics services and does not create user profiles. Only in the password-protected administration area, which is used exclusively by the operator, is technically necessary session storage (sessionStorage) used; visitors to the website are not affected by this.
For a consistent presentation of fonts, this site uses web fonts that are installed locally on our server. No connection to servers of Google or other third-party providers is established; no data is transmitted to third parties.
On our home page we offer a map from the Google Maps service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. For data protection reasons, the map is only loaded after you have actively clicked the “Load map” button (two-click solution). Only then is data – including your IP address – transmitted to Google and stored there; it may also be transferred to servers in the USA.
The legal basis for embedding the map is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by clicking “Load map”. As long as you do not click, no data is transmitted to Google. Further information on the handling of user data can be found in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
You have the right at any time to obtain, free of charge, information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR). You also have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
